A taster of some of John’s current projects

The ‘Winerack’ Ipswich Waterfront

As Managing Director of Ipswich Wharf Developments Ltd, John’s most recent acquisition has been the symbolic partly completed waterfront development “The Winerack” on the prestigious Ipswich marina. The intention is to complete the scheme to comprise 147 contemporary residential apartments and three ground floor commercial units.

The scheme will be the first of it’s kind in the region to incorporate a significant car park ‘stacker system’ for 264 vehicles.

With the development being granted retrospective planning approval by the Ipswich Borough Council, works are due to commence at the end of 2015 with an approximate 2-3 year final completion period.
